To ensure that you and your guests enjoy maximum comfort with minimum chores, Lefkas Property Management provide a cleaning and changeover service. This is essential in providing clean laundry, a clean home and a fresh and pleasant atmosphere for the duration of you or your guests stay. This also means that you know your property will be received and left by guests/yourselves in the same state of cleanliness..
Our professional cleaning team have been recruited with extreme care to ensure quality work each time, every time.
Home cleaning can include any of the following, you tell us!
Outside:
We can open all doors & windows to air your property through out. We clean accessible windows and patio doors, sweep and wash terraces, clean your sun loungers and exterior tables and chairs. We even water your plants.
Inside:
All floors are swept and vacuumed then washed thoroughly. All surfaces are dusted and polished. We clean all accessible windows, patio doors and terraces.
Dining Room:
We dust and polish all furniture including doors, pictures, skirting boards, mirrors. The floor is swept and vacuumed then washed thoroughly.
Lounge: We dust and polish all furniture, including doors, pictures, skirting boards, mirrors, plump up the sofa cushions. The floor is swept and vacuumed then washed thoroughly.
Kitchen: We clean inside and out all cupboards and drawers, work surfaces, clean the hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, clear all rubbish and left over food. We wash and dry all dirty crockery and cutlery and finally wash the floor.
Bedrooms:
All bedding is removed and replaced with fresh laundered linen. We dust, polish and clean over and under all surfaces, polish mirrors and take the dirty bedding away to be laundered ready for the next guest. The floor is swept and vacuumed then washed thoroughly.
Bathrooms: All towels and bath mats are removed and replaced with a clean set. We clean all mirrors, fixtures and fittings. We clean the bath, the shower including shower screens, the bidet, the toilet. We empty the bins. We wash the tiled and watermarked surfaces. We take the towels away to be laundered ready for the next guest. The floor is swept and vacuumed then washed thoroughly.
Summary
Pre Arrival
- Airing all the rooms in the home
- Sweeping/mopping and vacuuming floors
- Wipe down/dust all surfaces
- Ensure adequate fresh linen and towels are provided for the property
- Sweep outdoor terraces/patio areas
Post Departure
- Clean the property thoroughly including kitchen (oven and hob) and bathroom(s)
- Remove, wash and prepare fresh linen and towels for the property
- Clean out the fridge and cupboards of food
- Empty all trash
- Clean windows/blinds
- Sweep outdoor terraces/patio areas
Builders Clean / Spring Clean
On receipt of the keys to your new property it will need to be cleaned from top to bottom to get rid of dust and grime from construction. Also, once or twice per year most property owners like to have their property given a thorough spring clean. The difference in this from the changeover cleaning service above is detailed below:-
- Windows cleaned inside and out
- Ceiling, walls, doors and skirting wiped down
- Furniture dusted and wiped
- Oven and grill deep cleaned
- All cupboards emptied and cleaned
- All crockery, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils cleaned
- All bathrooms deep cleaned
- All floors cleaned and washed.
