Property Management
For most overseas property owners this is the service that you will need at the very least. The key holder to your property should be a company or individual that you TRUST and who is available at short notice for any number of reasons. Below are the benefits and services you would receive by appointing us as property managers:-
- Toilets flushed and taps run to eliminate stale water from the system - weekly
- Property will be aired on a weekly basis
- This service provides you with an emergency contact for any reason, 24/7
- Should you or your guests lose a set of keys or lock yourself out, another set is just minutes away.
- Check your mail box and forward mail, if required, to your permanent residence
- Your property will be provided with bed linen and towels which we will launder after each stay
- We will agree with you the "House Rules" for your property to ensure it is cared for when you have guests staying
- 24/7 emergency contact numbers for any issues including doctors, police or personal emergency will be available
- Provision of a grocery pack if specified by your guests - good for late night or Sunday arrivals
- Watering of indoor plants (outdoor garden maintenance not included)
- We will ensure that all appliances are in working order before and after each guest stay
- We will switch on/off appliances, air-conditioning and heating prior to and after each guest stay
- Your property keys held securely
- Keys can be made available to tradesman or anyone else authorised ONLY by you
- It allows us to check your property once per week both inside and outside when not occupied
